Make the most of your lyrics.

Email apple@77.degree for help. Include your app version, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or entire lyric files.

Start following Apple Music

Start a song in Apple Music, open VerseRide, and choose Follow Apple Music. Allow Media & Apple Music access when prompted. Your music continues to play in Apple Music. Ending the VerseRide session leaves Apple Music playback alone.

Lyrics are missing or not synchronized

Timed lyrics require timestamps for the recording you are playing. Plain text can be read but cannot follow playback automatically. LRCLIB is a separate community lyric database; its coverage can differ from Apple Music. Try Check for synced lyrics, or import a matching LRC file that you have permission to use.

If timing is consistently early or late, adjust the lyric offset. A positive offset advances the displayed line. Different edits and live recordings may need different timestamps.

Lock Screen updates

Keep lyrics updating while locked must be enabled in VerseRide settings, and Live Activities must be allowed for VerseRide in iOS Settings. Internet access is required for push delivery. Open VerseRide and start following before locking your phone.

Version 1.0 prepares Lock Screen delivery automatically for App Store and TestFlight installations. If setup fails, stay online and reopen VerseRide. Earlier private beta builds may require the original device setup. iOS can delay updates; a stale card displays “Lyrics sync paused.”

Keeping a following session active uses background audio runtime and can increase battery use, including while music is paused. End the session or disable the setting when you are finished. Set up before driving; never operate the phone while driving.

Import your lyrics

During a song or audio session, choose Import and select an LRC file or paste timed text. A timestamp looks like [00:12.50]. Use lyrics you created or have permission to use. Saved imports take priority over other lyric sources.

Purchases and subscriptions

VerseRide Plus offers US$20 lifetime access or US$5 per month, with a three-day monthly trial for eligible customers. Apple shows the applicable price and trial eligibility before you confirm. Apple Music is separate and is not included.

Use Restore Purchases in VerseRide Settings with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Pending purchases unlock when Apple confirms them. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account. Buying lifetime access or deleting VerseRide does not cancel an existing monthly subscription. Request a refund from Apple.

TestFlight purchases are test transactions without real charges. Production purchases become available only after Apple approves the app and its purchases.

Erase saved lyrics

VerseRide Settings includes an option to erase downloaded and imported lyrics. This does not cancel purchases or subscriptions. To request help with relay identifiers or support correspondence, contact apple@77.degree.
